Checking in with Remi and Bailey. Pics Galore!

I have missed Grandville's It Couple, Remi and Bailey. They are so cute together. Why does Bailey always look like she's greased up for a cold day outside? I need to get homegirl some powder or something.

Speaking of a cold day outside, Bailey and Remi took advantage of the first Grandville snow.

"Remi, what are you doing?" Bailey sings.

"My mascara! We had a deal, man!"

[I submitted this picture to The Traveling Twig's Adventurer's Club! Come join us and share your photos! A different theme every month. I don't generally do this sort of thing but I couldn't resist the fun.]

This was the first one I submitted but I had a change of heart. They both have crazy eyes in each so whatever.

"Wheeee!"

"Ah, a girl could get used to this treatment!"
"Could you really?"
"Hell yeah."

"We have a good time together right baby?" Remi asks.
"Yeah, you're relatively tolerable."

"I mean it, are you happy?"
"Of course I'm happy. Dork."
"Let's go out tomorrow. On a date."
"A date? With my boyfriend? Will wonders never cease?"

"Oh sweetie, I promise I'll get you a TV soon. I could go for some CSI right now."

"I love you Bailey."
"Are you dying or something? You used my name. That means business."
"Not dying. Let's go to bed."
"Yup."

*giggles*
"What has gotten into you Mr. Boulanger?"

"Wow, Remy, this is a fancy joint. Dinner, champagne?"
"I wonder how this place feels about overt public displays of affection."

"Check please!" Bailey calls.

"My noble steed!"
Remi is carrying Bailey home because her fancy new booties hurt.

I am so in love with this couple.

"Baby, do you have your keys handy?"
"Nope, can't fit them in this purse."

"Okay, jump down so I can get mine out of my pocket."

"Uh oh." Remi says, fishing madly.
"Whah? What's happening here?"

"Did you seriously forget the keys Remi?"

"Great. Now we have to call a locksmith or something? Nikki has a spare key, right? But she's out of town!"

"Well, I did find something," Remi says.

"GASP! Is that...?"

"Bailey, I've never known anyone like you. As soon as I came to town, with all these slutty girls throwing themselves directly at my junk, all I wanted was you. It's been over two years now and I'm happier than I've ever been."

"Will you marry me?"
Bailey's knees buckles as she whispers, "Yes."

They whisper I love you's and hold each other for a while.

"But, uh, baby," Bailey interrupts, "you were kidding about them keys right?"

Congratulations Remi and Bailey!

"Eat it, suckas."

smooches!

  4. Ugh this won't let me reply individually. Thanks Grandmommy! Being snowed in in Atlanta gave me the inspiration...and the time.

Muff, he is loaded. His mother has a talent for lucrative marriages and allows her children to live as artists. And that was the rock I had laying around as I rushed to get a prop together! Thanks!

Introducing Ayumi

I haven't been feeling particularly inspired with stories in Grandville, but their plastic lives are being led, with or without my story telling. And I have to practice my photography so instead I'm going to do a Cliff Notes if you will, of what has been going on in Grandville and who all these new characters are. First up, Ayumi. I might give her a new name at some point. I hate keeping the Integrity name but sometimes it just happens. She is a Korean supermodel who uses her funds to support her research as an astrophysicist. She got her Ph.D. at 18. This is Ayumi's house. Well, one of them. This is Ayumi's boyfriend of 10 months, Raj Nirvana. He's a yoga instructor. They have a harmonious relationship. Still, she wonders about that girl Marie. They seem to do a lot of talking after his yoga class. Ayumi loves hanging out with her girls. Nothing quite as fun as a day of shopping. Claire sighs, "How weird to have a bank account. ...

Introducing Nymeria and the Alurium Vaccarra

Ever have a couple of days off Facebook and though you wonder what happened to your friends over the long weekend, you can help feeling a little peaceful? That's how I feel in my week of staying off the blogs and forums and various sites. But I missed a lot! So many cool posts! It's going to take a while to dig myself out. One must wonder, did my creative spurt have something to do with not being all over the web looking at what everyone else is doing? Anyway let's get to it. So on my birthday, my three Stardolls arrived! Aside from the outfit, that Paris one was not cute. I dunno, she's too boring looking. But Iris was THRILLED that she got a new, dressed doll. Well for a few minutes anyway. Did you know that they can't bend their legs? Like they can't sit down? Terrible. Anyway, the other two were great! Inspiring. Meet Valentina. A Columbiana who restores classic cars. She was very happy with a Liv body. She might be Nadia's next girlfriend, w...

The Return of Vita Plastica

Hi guys, good to be back! Let's get to it, I have a lot to cover. Basement Studio Like I said, I've moved my workshop into the basement. Soon I'll move all my crafty stuff down there and have upstairs purely as a showroom. So here's my workshop so far. Sigh. A work in progress. Dry Brushing I heart dry brushing. It's easy, it dries fast and even when you do a major screw up, it looks awesome. I strongly recommend it for those heavy of hand and prone to mistakes like me. I had one of these Barbie vanities. Was it a My Scene? The one that came with the leopard skin seat. It was originally peach I believe.  I painted it brown and it was serviceable but the model paint began to chip over the years, so I dry brushed it. Behold: It came out so well, I couldn't stop there. My next victim was the dining set I got in trade with Cat from Doll Affinity . I think this will go into Josephine's blue room. I forgot to take a picture, but you'll see ...
