Tumblin' Down

You know I've been in an electronic funk. I hardly comment on your blogs anymore. I hardly even have time to take pictures. But then yesterday something possessed me to post on Figurevore, where I hadn't in a long time. Suddenly, three new followers.

Maybe that's why I had this surge of electronic excitement.

So I joined Tumblr. I posted a bunch of pics that Vita Plastica readers have already seen but that blog will be for one or two shots of Grandvillians

    More doll collectors need to join tumblr anyway, it's a different way of showing your photos!

    Tumblr is another wonderful communication tool. I started posting there early last year. The plan was to post all my videos there. That didn't last long. As I got busier, I realized I need to cut back on some things. Tumbler and Twitter have been temporarily put on hold. With Pinterest gaining popularity, I can see working Tumbler and Pinterest together. Good luck!

Introducing Ayumi

I haven't been feeling particularly inspired with stories in Grandville, but their plastic lives are being led, with or without my story telling. And I have to practice my photography so instead I'm going to do a Cliff Notes if you will, of what has been going on in Grandville and who all these new characters are. First up, Ayumi. I might give her a new name at some point. I hate keeping the Integrity name but sometimes it just happens. She is a Korean supermodel who uses her funds to support her research as an astrophysicist. She got her Ph.D. at 18. This is Ayumi's house. Well, one of them. This is Ayumi's boyfriend of 10 months, Raj Nirvana. He's a yoga instructor. They have a harmonious relationship. Still, she wonders about that girl Marie. They seem to do a lot of talking after his yoga class. Ayumi loves hanging out with her girls. Nothing quite as fun as a day of shopping. Ever have a couple of days off Facebook and though you wonder what happened to your friends over the long weekend, you can help feeling a little peaceful? That's how I feel in my week of staying off the blogs and forums and various sites. But I missed a lot! So many cool posts! It's going to take a while to dig myself out. One must wonder, did my creative spurt have something to do with not being all over the web looking at what everyone else is doing? Anyway let's get to it.
