New Photostory!

Okay so I'm telling you that for nothing because I just don't have a good method of presenting it to you. My rarely used website www.vitaplastica.weebly.com is just no good. Last time I put my captions in, they all mysteriously deleted. Plus you had to click on every picture to view the caption and they posted out of order anyway. Using Flickr is okay I guess, I've seen it done, but I confess that I don't really like Flickr.

One of these days I'll get another website on my own. Just seems silly to spend the money on a website that isn't making me money.

So I think I really have to buy Comic Life and get to work! I have so many old photostories, from back when I had never even heard of Fashion Royalty. Or realism. I'd love to get those up in some kind of archive.

I'm still not happy with my photography, I totally broke one of my new lights. Photography is taking the fun out of photostories, but I know it's necessary.

I also miss crafty doll work so maybe I'll get that going again in the new year.

Introducing Ayumi

I haven't been feeling particularly inspired with stories in Grandville, but their plastic lives are being led, with or without my story telling. And I have to practice my photography so instead I'm going to do a Cliff Notes if you will, of what has been going on in Grandville and who all these new characters are. First up, Ayumi. I might give her a new name at some point. I hate keeping the Integrity name but sometimes it just happens. She is a Korean supermodel who uses her funds to support her research as an astrophysicist. She got her Ph.D. at 18. This is Ayumi's house. Well, one of them. This is Ayumi's boyfriend of 10 months, Raj Nirvana. He's a yoga instructor. They have a harmonious relationship. Still, she wonders about that girl Marie. They seem to do a lot of talking after his yoga class. Ayumi loves hanging out with her girls. Nothing quite as fun as a day of shopping. Ever have a couple of days off Facebook and though you wonder what happened to your friends over the long weekend, you can help feeling a little peaceful? That's how I feel in my week of staying off the blogs and forums and various sites. But I missed a lot! So many cool posts! It's going to take a while to dig myself out. One must wonder, did my creative spurt have something to do with not being all over the web looking at what everyone else is doing? Anyway let's get to it.
